• Guests are required to carry a hard copy / soft copy of the Tickets downloaded from our website which also needs to be presented at the Park entrance to gain the entry.
• Dubai Parks and Resorts operational hours may vary in the month of Ramadan.
• Transfer services are only available if selected on your booking.
• Pick-up is arranged from your Dubai Hotel / Residence only and not from the Airport.
• Pick up from areas other than Dubai Hotels / Residence will be made on request and at an additional charge.
• Eating or drinking outdoors is NOT permitted during the month of Ramadan.
